• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Categories and Responsibilities

4.1 Employers/Companies

If you register as an employer, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms

• You will comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations

• Job postings and Interview plans are accurate and non-discriminatory

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful hiring practices

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Platform solely for legitimate recruitment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purposes

• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise Platform security

• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform

• Circumvent any technological measures we use to protect the Platform

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

• Share your login credentials with third parties

6. AI Technology and Data Processing

6.1 AI-Powered Features

Our Platform utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to:

• Analyze resumes and candidate profiles

• Provide hiring recommendations and insights

• Automate various recruitment processes

6.2 AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are tools to assist decision-making, not replace human judgment

• Final hiring decisions remain your responsibility

• AI systems may have limitations and biases that we work to minimize

• We continuously improve our AI models but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy

6.3 Data Usage for AI Training

By using our Platform, you consent to our use of anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireFinch and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your account settings or contacting our support team.
